Return Policy for Awareness Jewelry and Bracelets
If you are not satisfied with our jewelry and bracelets, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges. Please contact us at returns@womenforhope.com before sending the bracelet back. We will need to get your information and provide you an authorization number.

Resize or Restring a  Bracelet
We will resize your bracelet if it does not fit or restring it if it breaks one time for the cost of shipping plus $1.00. You must provide your original order information. After one time, it is a $10.00 charge plus shipping.

If you are in a big hurry and can't wait for us to receive the bracelet, we can do a rush exchange order. We will make a new bracelet to replace your old one and send it immediately. At the same time, you will send us your old bracelet that is broken or did not fit. This is a charge of $15 plus shipping. Always contact us at returns@womenforhope.com for your options before sending a bracelet to us.

Other Products
If you receive damaged product or are not satisified with a product, please contact us at returns@womenforhope.com within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a return.  We are unable to accept returns on the bath products due to the nature of the products. However, defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced with an identical item. Please e-mail us for a defective/damaged authorization number.

We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. Items returned without an authorization number will be refused.
