RAINN Day 2007
Hi all….
Just got an email from our friends at RAINN. They are announcing that Thursday, September 27th is RAINN Day 2007. What is RAINN Day, you ask? RAINN Day is RAINN’s annual campaign that encourages volunteers to raise awareness about sexual assault on college and high school campuses across the country.
If you would like to get involved, there is a sign up on RAINN’s website - www.rainn.org/college. Also on the site is a page with a bunch of resouces, like ideas on how to hold an event, pdfs with posters, brochures and the like to download and all sorts of cool stuff to help raise awareness about sexual assault, especially focused on how college students are affected. http://www.rainn.org/college/materials. Help spread the word about sexual assault. Remember, you never know who you might be helping!
